The challenge

Agri-Sensor Co-op

Precision agriculture tools are usually priced and supported for large operations. Small farms can rarely justify buying, installing and maintaining their own sensor networks, so the data that could cut water use and stabilize yields stays out of reach.

Our approach

Make it work. Then make it last.

  • Shared library. Membership dues fund a common pool of sensors and replacements.
  • Standard deployments. Repeatable installation patterns keep support overhead low for every member.
  • Maintenance days. Monthly sessions prevent equipment drift and spread know-how across the co-op.
What success means

Outcomes over features.

Lower cost of entry

Farms access sensing without carrying the full capital cost alone.

Shared learning

Dashboards and playbooks improve as more members contribute.
